Commitment is important to us. This commitment is not only to you for committing to doing something good for you, but also the commitment we give to our guides and other parties with whom we create adventures. When a specific party has its own cancellation policy, we will forward that along with the adventure.

The LA cancellation policy is as follows:

 

Adventures without a Fee:

 

We understand that things come up. We ask you to please give 3 days' notice when canceling on one of these hikes. We do organize the guides and have a specific number of members allowed on these so please understand that we expect you to make the commitment when you sign up for the hike.

Adventures with a Fee:

 

Payment is due in full to guarantee your spot at the time of booking.  You can get 100% refund if you cancel two weeks before. No refunds after that period unless you or we can find someone else to take your spot.

 

Multiple day adventures:

 

Payment is due in full to guarantee your spot at the time of booking.

Four week cancellation policy for a full refund. No refunds after that period unless you are we can find someone to take your spot.
