Family Walk and Wine: Visit to Le Ragnaie Vineyard for a walk followed by wine tasting 🍷and lunch.

PASSO RAGNAIE – SANT’ANTIMO

We start our walk from the spectacular Le Ragnaie vineyard owned by LA Member Jenny Crowley.  From there we  walk to the iconic Abbey one way and we will get transportation back just in time for a spectacular lunch prepared by one of the finest chefs.  https://leragnaie.com/

The walk in the heart of the Orcia Valley, a UNESCO heritage site, in between the vineyards of Brunello di Montalcino and the forest of one of the most panoramic trails of Southern Tuscany.

We will reach the medieval hamlet of Villa a Tolli, a perfect example of an ancient sharecropping farm. On the clearest days from the highest part of our walk we can even see the Mediterranean Sea!

The arrival at Sant’Antimo is amazing: we will visit the Abbey, learning about its history, legends, symbols and construction.
